• How much do you charge to design a website?
  Our firm develops websites in the range of $400 to $5,000 and upwards for major sites with extensive coding requirements. Many small business websites range only from $400-$3000 on average, which is less than half the industry standard.

• How much do you charge for maintenance?
  Our firm has two options to serve your needs.
   

  • Maintenance Package One:

    • Updates/maintenance will be charged on a need to come basis (Changes done within 1 week of submission depending on nature of the change)
       

  • Maintenance Package Two:

    • You get 40hrs of updates/maintenance per year included. If you go over 40hrs it will be a lower hourly charge than in option one. This includes priority updating. (Changes done within 24hrs of submission). Please contact us for specific rates and a no obligation quote.

   

• What type of payment forms do you accept?
  We accept paypal, checks, money orders and credit card payments. 
   

• My business isn't in your city, can you still build my website?
  Our firm has developed websites for clients all over the United States, we can design a site for out of state clients just as easily as clients only five minutes from us.
   

• How long will it take to complete my website?
  The timescale of a website design project is typically between 1 to 4 weeks. But it is often dictated by the client. If you have a deadline in mind we will endeavor to meet it for you. The most common delay in the creation and completion of a new website is waiting for content (text/images) to be sent to us by the client.
   

• My Brother in Law / Nephew / Employee says that they can design my site for free.  Why shouldn't I just let them design it?
  Your business is more than likely a serious part of your life, so ask yourself something: Does the person who wants to design that site have an office, design experience, knowledge of internet marketing and web surfing trends? We have developed over 200 professional websites, we treat your business presence online as serious as we do our own. Don't take chances if you want your business to grow, go with an experienced and proven firm.
  

   

• Will we need to have a meeting in connection with the website design?
  Sure! We are located in beautiful downtown Hammond LA. Please drop in or feel free to schedule an apt with us by calling 985.634.0012 or emailing us here. But in the majority of cases a meeting isn't necessary and most of our websites are generally completed with contact via email and telephone only.
   

• How will I know if people are visiting my website?
  We will setup your statistics program and you will be able to see how many people visit your website, where they came from, and even what they were searching for to find you.
   

• What if I want my company to be able to make changes to my website?
  Depending on your package you have the ability to login and make edits to the content of your site online. No software required. We fully support any website we design and are always available should you encounter any problems or require any enhancements. We also offer web site maintenance so that your website need never get out of date.
